There was a recall about the CX5 Vacum Pump and I was never informed about this recall. My chassis number is in between the numbers indicated and so I expected that the vacuum pump should be changed.

My vacuum pump is gone just after 110,000 KM and the Malta agent is arguing that my car, though it shows that it is included for the recall, they said but mine is not and I have to pay for the repairs and for the vacuum pump. I had just taken my car for a service and was told that the problem was the vacuum pump but never mentioned that there was a recall for this pump which was declared as not good.

My car shows all the time that the Engine needs checking; my engine is missing oil while I had just filled it up. I has been a nightmare with this Mazda CX5 and as soon as it is repaired, I will sell it and never buy another Mazda in my life.

Can anyone help me to be treated properly?
