Am about to upgrade to heated mirrors on my 2022 s preferred. Turns out all the wiring is already in the car and the fuse as well. These are the parts needed:

Did you ever get this done? Just bought a '24 Carbon Edition and discovered this morning that it doesn't have heated mirrors. Mind-blowing on a new car at this price point.

 

it is ridiculous for sure. I havent done it yet. Going to see how many times its an issue this winter and then decide. Surprisingly so far it hasn’t been an issue.

 

Mine was an issue this morning. First day driving the car to work and couldn't see jack in the mirrors. Also disappointed that the outside window trim doesn't wipe condensation when you put the window down.

How certain are you that you need the new mirror bodies? I'm still researching but some people are saying that you only need the heated glass and maybe a short wire harness.

so you are saying my part list is accurate, just take out the bodies?

 

I am absolutely NOT saying that. Lol.
I have only been searching for this solution since earlier this morning, I have definitely not gathered enough information to make any judgement calls!

 

Heated steering wheel wld be nice as well!

 

Gloves and small scraper are much cheaper
Besides you need them to clear the windshield, so the radar works.
My 2020 GT has the heated side mirrors.
The 2022 S Preferred and 2024 Carbon edition are supposed to come with heated side mirrors.
You may want to check as some operators are not aware (didn't read the owner's manual) that the rear defrost button isn't just for the rear glass.
It also engages the front wiper blade defrost and heated side mirrors.
