Brand new owner of 2013 CX-5 here and first thread in this forum.

My question - the model we have only has the base (non touchscreen) radio head unit in it. Does anyone know if it's possible to swap in the touchscreen unit?

I've contacted several dealers and I always get the lazy run-around "let me check and call you back" answer so I'm wondering if anyone here knows more about it.

We got too good of a deal to pass this CX-5 up bc of the stereo that was in it knowing I could always go aftermarket (if we had to) but since this is primarily my wife's car and she likes the factory touchscreen - that's the route we'd like to go.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
