UK - not running to optimum temperature
Real numbers is the real thing (its all hideden and paid for now).. Love the comparison.. I think you have scared away any all the GenZs here saying that you use analog data to fly a plane LOL.
FUN FACT
I paid for MGSS EU to access the their data.
I searched for my VIN and *thermostat*
And well the first heading that came up

R054/21: Multiple Models - LONGER WARM UP TIME AND/OR POOR HEATER PERFORMANCE

There are things to speed up the warming of an engine. If people can't wait for the engine to warm up or in sub zero environment look into a tried and true for over 50+ years and still selling strong ENGINE BLOCK WARMER.
I kid, I kid ;-) hope you took no offence.
oh, ive tried to warm the engine, 2nd gear up a steep hill, motorway 4th gear. but .. its like.. the coolant loves the coldness and doest want to move.
If only Mazda didnt disable remote start in the EU, then I will be starting it 30 mins before hand. Im all for the old school methods (leaving the car to warm up, dpressing the clutch before it was even a thing!). But i live in an apartment, and cant just leave the car to idle

You know you can buy and aftermarket remote start. I did that with my Mazda.
The other thing is DONT USE your DEFROST during warm up. What many don't know is the HVAC system in defrost uses the AC compressor and then accurate the radiator fans. Naturally if you can delay using the heater that will also help to speed up the engine operating temperature. When you use your heater that water circulating gets cooled going back through the colling system. The more drastic measure is bypassing the transmission heater, running its own thermostatically controlled fluid cooler. You can drain your coolant and replace it with none premix and increase your % of coolant to water. Coolant heats faster than water. You can safely during the winter temperature in most operating environments use a 60/40 ration. Even the max of 70/30. But then remember that when the warmer season temperatures change you should at least return to 60/40.
:-)
What remote starter do you recommend ?
Ah yes, i have found that running without the heating, the coolant does reach up to temp (reaches to 80-90*C) on idle!
As soon as the heating goes on, the temp drastically decreases by 50% and stays like that, even with a spirited drive (felt like i was driving an MX5 at one point with 3rd gear lol)

I have a factory BOSE system and did lots of upgrading to my sound (PIA BOSE integrated system) as well security system. So everything was a PIA and lots of help and advice teamwork and trial and error from technical help at BOSE, Rockford Fosgate, Audio Control and the alarm system (secret for obvious reasons) . The best advice is to contact your local Auto sound system store and talk with them. I realize it reads weird to advise going to an auto sound retailer/installer but they are actually the predominate ones in the industry that install them.
