Default TCS Off

Hi i was wonder if anyone could answer a quick question for me as im new to awd vehicles!! Is it ok to drive with the TCS Off or will this mess up the drivetrain? With TCS Off will i get better fuel mileage? And finally if its in TCS Off is it just in front wheel drive? Thank you for any replys !!!!!

TCS is traction control. Unless you're a race car driver, or driving in snow, leave it on. It won't improve fuel economy.

Nothing to do with FWD or RWD or AWD or 4WD

The prior poster is correct. However, if you have an AWD CX-5 of current vintage (I don't know if this applies to the outgoing 2016.5 and below models), do note that TCS off also engages full time AWD.
