I have a 2001 Milenia, followed all the procedures, replaced vaccum solinoids, checked all hoses per the diagram, replaced some that were suspect, it fixed it for 400 miles, now it does it but not as often, before you could not reset it by turning the engine off then on but now you can. codes 1540, 1113, 0404. the 0404 code says the egr valve is bad but it functions perfectly. I have ordred a new one but don't think thats the problem, any suggestions. also replaced the the 02 sensors.

 

ok, replaced the egr valve and the lights went out for 150 miles now back on. OUT OF OPTIONS!!replaced ABV valve , fixed the problem!!
