Suspension conundrum
After 3 visits to my Mazda dealer My 2017 CX 5 has had sway bar links , CV joint , Lower control arms changed , front struts changed as well and new brakes AND THE SUSPENSION NOISE CONTINUE , AFTER a test drive with the mechanic said the noise is normal ?????
First, how can you confirm the "noise" you hear is the suspension?
Wish I could help but "noise" is subjective, especially when you can't hear it in person.
Video and sound files are great for birds and animal sounds but not so great for identifying most mechanical issues.
I can say the suspension on any vehicle I've ever owned makes a noise, not sure how it could operate without doing so.
When it gets outside the "normal noise" level I generally hear it and then I look for a problem.
But now my hearing is aging just like my suspension...meaning my CX-5...my suspension gave out long ago

the Diagnosis was done at another dealer in another province . This is or was the mazda dealer I bought the car and have my warranty with...
I have an ongoing file open with Mazda Canada and the Problem will be fixed but not paid by me.

wow! well you did good for a Mazda that was out of warranty getting someone to pay for that!
I see, that means you must have an extended warranty, which you didn't mention in your original post.
I'm still curious what the actual problem is.
I've never heard of any vehicle warranty that would pay for issue(s) caused by roads and normal wear.
If you don't mind me asking, what is the company name of your extended warranty.

Its peculiar that a tech at Mazda would just start replacing things in the quest to isolate a suspension noise -- and did NOT test drive it to diag the issue ......until after ALL that work was done ? Did Mazda give you an R/O as in the dealerships the warranty will show up upon entry into service database-when a repair order is generated / or estimate - then they diag it , and determine coverage and issue cost -- --- This sounds peculiar - Well I suppose you have many good new suspension parts--now you can continue the quest to find the issue _
