It only plays one song, repeatedly. If I click on another song it plays that repeatedly. I'm starting to hate my favorite songs! HELP!

 

there is a "repeat track" selection.... along the base of the display. Looks like a couple of arrows in a circular or oval shaped loop. Turn it off by rotating the big selector button to select that icon and press the big button.

 

Thanks. My repeat track selector looks like a musical note. I had tried pushing that (it has a little + sign in it) and nothing. I just now tried again and nothing. I've tried pushing all the other options and it still repeats. Mine is a 2016 if that makes any difference.

 

Have you tried another USB stick?

 

No, this one has worked perfectly for two years (and I don't have another with recordings on it). But thanks.

 

That's weird..... on my 2019 Signature the icon with the musical note and plus sign has a label saying "more like this" ... I have no idea what it does though. Again on mine the "repeat" icon is two positions to the left .... I have no idea if there are differences between 2016 and 2019.

The reason that it is repeating is because it is stuck in "More Like This". Nothing I push gets me out of it.

 

Try a system reset.

You can reset it without turning off the ignition by pressing the following button combination and holding it for 10 seconds: BACK + MUTE + NAV
Also:
Be sure that all songs is in the root on the USB device
