I have a 2024 cx5 AWD 2.5L.
A bit more than 3000km
The steering wheel become really heavy all of a sudden. Anyone knows why or has experience this before?

Depends on the situation and condonations of the road and driver input.
Well, you need to check the usual things first, mainly tire pressure. If that is where it should be and given that it is steering, you should ASAP go to service shop or Mazda and have your Mazda inspected. This would include the steering and suspension which both can affect how the steering reacts. Givin that you should still be under *WARRANTY (*only you would know this) I would go to MAZDA first!

It also good if you use a quality gauge and can check it accuracy with a known accurate tire pressure gauge. Generally high-quality psi gauges are not inexpensive and run starting about 30 USD
This one I purchase 4 for the service shop (ASE) I manage (one for myself) and these were verified at the engineering machine shop with calibrated psi monitor to be accurate to .001 psi. (the advertised testing results were claimed .005 so independently tested they are better than they advertise).
