Default SOS SOS brakes wont come off

Just change the oil in my garage.
Now I can't take the service mode off.
When I push the foot brake pedal and E brake lever up and push 3X start button the system goes on for ever...then brake light on dash board come off yet the car doesnt move 1 inch...
The rear passenger wheel is stuck.(not the 3 other wheels)
can I unstuck it manually?
HELP PLEASE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO
Thank you

Phil

I would first ask why did you use the brake service mode for an oil change?
The service mode is for a brake change only and if you don't follow the instructions exactly as described you will have issues.
What you said you did is NOT THE CORRECT steps for the brake service mode procedure.
I don't feel comfortable giving you the correct steps as I have no idea if you could follow them correctly.
Get a professional technician or service person to fix this before you cause potential damage if you haven't already.
Do not attempt to move it on your own at all.

First of all the car was on my ramp in the garage to change the oil so I put the E parking on because I didnt want the car to move at all. Once the oil was changed I tried to take the E parking brake off..but it didnt work even though the E brake light on the dashboard was off the rear passenger wheel was stuck...Thats when I decided to do the service mode..I followed what the forum said (,Im not that good at explaining but I did follow the instructions) push start button 2 X (engine off ) push gas pedal & EPB lever down then push start button 3X .....I actually hear the system locking..
when doing reverse the rear passenger actuator makes a spinning noise....but doesnt unlock the brake.
so I didnt do anything wrong ..The brakes actuator is bad.I guess....3 months ago we had the same problem with the E brakes and decided not to use it anymore ...well yesterday I used it and it failed....
its fine if you dont want to help me but before assuming anything and blaming people ask question without making other feel like crap .
have a good day

First you start a thread and don't give all the important information about your MAZDA.
Just like when buying parts or taking you vehicle to a service center ......The year, miles ,transmission type and model are the minimum information required.
Then I read your posts twice and thought WTF????? No you did not explain very well the events.
Last and this is funny instead of helping us to help you go after the only member that is trying to help you?

I can see I won't be helping in this thread! If you came into my service shop with so much attitude and not all the information, I think we would be booked up into the year 2525.

Next time you have any issues at anything having to do with safety equipment and systems specifically brakes seek a service shop and not ignore the issues!

You never mentioned any of the above in your original post.
It is impossible to help anyone without all the information and you failed to do that.
There is zero reason to use the brake service mode when using the e-brake for its intended purpose which is parking.
There is no one to blame for what you did except yourself.
Insulting me doesn't fix your issue and only compounds what I stated in my previous post.
You ignored (by not using the e-brake) an on-going issue (which has nothing to do with an oil change) it instead of fixing it.
And you feel like crap because you are the cause of your own issue and have admitted as such by your own post.
I stand by my reply that you need to get someone competent to resolve the issue and that person is not yourself.
