Removing bottom part of airbox. Bolts cannot be removed

Removing bottom part of airbox. Bolts cannot be removed
Hi,
I got a 2013 model. was trying to remove the bottom airbox but I can't seem to remove the 2 10mm bolts holding it. Seems like when I am turning the bolt. the thing it was bolted on was turning as well. any pointers on how to remove it? I was trying to hold the bolt holder with a plier but no luck.
