Remote APP Stopped Working
Purchased a new CX-5 , 2021 5 weeks ago and was enjoying the App until it stopped working on 5-17-21. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it several times as per help from “ chat” on the app and still no luck.
Then I called and the representative said the network was having issues. That was 3 weeks ago. So I took it to the dealership a few hours ago and they say my car is functioning fine but there must be some wrong with the APP or network and there’s nothing they can do.......😞🤨
Anyone else having this issue and any suggestions?
