Maybe try some Yeti X Wipe springs on the arm. They add downward pressure.

 

Additional soring force are bad idea. So many and I would say a majority don't clean their rear glass as often as they should. This spring wil not maybe WILL damage the glass.

Not sure how you come up with the stuff you do but you do give this froum a laugh on many of your responses.
