I can't help you with the wiring and I don't know why you want to do this or how many amps you'll be wanting to draw from the power taps. I would suggest not drawing the power directly from these wires but use a relay that is energized by the wires in question and draw the power from another location. This way you'll not blow any fuses if you over draw the radio/touchscreen module.

because I want to connect a coyote system directly via micro usb to red/black wire ons the infotainment system. so when I start the car/infotainment system my coyote system will turn on.

You need to tap into the fuse box in the engine compartment. Run a wire through the passenger door jam and connect a relay to one of the fuses. I hot glued the wire down because it would lift up.
