I really like the Parchment seats. I plan on keeping my CX-5 a long time and wonder how they will hold up in the long term.
I am looking at Touring or Grand Touring trim with the premium package.

 

I have a 2018 with parchment and love it. My seats still look great with no stains, discolorations, or significant signs of wear. Caveat, my children are adults and I don’t have any pets needing transport so it is quite easy for me to keep them looking like new. I don’t eat in my vehicles either. Depends on your lifestyle situation.
