Paint chip problem
Getting ready to purchase a CX-5 in a couple days. Is the Soul Red Crystal paint chip problem 100% behind us- or not?Any other colors also an issue? Thanks.

Whether it's behind us or not I don't know. But I had 3M Xpel installed on my new 2019 Red Signature the other day. $700 covered whole front end, 24" up the hood, entire painted portion of bumper, headlights, mirrors, all door edges. This would have cost $1300 at the dealer so don't let them do it.
