My New CX-5 2019 Model 2.0 , just came out from dealer , stopped after 50 km drive . can not start again for a while . After 4 or 5 times , I tried start engine , it come back . But engine check light was on and engine system malfunction warning appeared on the screen . Anyone know what happen , please explain ?
Now servicemen from Mazda Showroom took back my car and checking now .

Your second photo says it all. The dealer will need to diagnose the problem. Do you have a code reader? it might give you a clue.

 

I’m not saying this is YOUR problem.. but i had the same message and it wouldnt start one time when i had a issue with my DRL circuit.. i seriously doubt this is your issue.. for me... a simply DRL fuse gave me the same message & wouldnt let me cx-5 start... so that message doesnt mean its anything serious as in engine problems or damage.. for me it was a simple fuse and has never came up since.
