I posted something a couple of days about Carplay. In reality, I am most concerned about navigation. I know that I should be able to add GPS navigation to my car. I found a part number listed below. I can't find it anywhere, It appears to be discontinued. Any help would be appreciated.

The # of the SD card depends on the model year and also the screen size.

As far as I know.

If you only want the SD Nav card to make your navigation system operable then Amazon or ebay has a large choice.
What model year is your CX-5. Mine is a 2021. They changed the screen size during my model year so there are 2 different micro SD nav card numbers. I of course bought the wrong one to start with but with help from here got the correct part # and for $50CAD now have operating navigation.

 

I found them on amazon and Ebay. Worked great for my 2019 GTR

 

Amazon and EBay seem to have a wide selection for the 2016 and later vehicles. Finding one for an earlier model may be difficult, if not impossible.

 

SD card # TD2K66EZ1A for the 2021/2022 with the 10.25" screen

SD card # BHP1-66-EZ1P for early 2021 and older years with a screen that is smaller. Maybe around 9"

The letter at the end of the numbers changes as a newer version is issued.

 

Try finding one for a 2015 or 2014 or 2013.

 

Last I heard the OEM cards from Amazon are not updateable. I would only buy one to enable the sign recognition and street ID functionality and leave the actual navigation to Android Auto or its Apple counterpart. At least what is in my 2020 GT Premium I never use.
