Just got a 2020 CX-5 Signature. All works fine except I cannot get any of the features to show on the MyMazda app. I’ve added my vehicle, by VIN and it looks correct but I still have a blank homepage. Is this not available on this model?

 

After you registered your vehicle, did you get in the car and register the 6-digit authorization code from the car display?

Never was prompted with a code.

 

Went ahead and started from scratch. Removed my vehicle, scanned the VIN and registered successfully. Answered the mileage and preferred dealer questions and then it just returns to the Home Screen. Never asks me to enroll.

 

2020 doesnt have mazda connect services (remote start, monitoring, etc)

Registering in mymazda will give you electronic manual and recall notices, but limited other info
