Hi new member here .Purchased a 2020 Akera diesel brand new having trouble with the drivers door seal first one completely warped and stretched came out of the groove and we had to keep kneeding the seal back in place every time we got in this happened 6 months after we got it , Mazda reluctantly replaced it under warranty claiming we caused it , that was about 12 months ago we are very careful when we get in and out not to touch it but this one is doing the same don’t know whether it’s a common fault . Other than that best car I’ve had but I’d really like this problem sorted out once and for all .

 

Always wise to spray seals on door + body with silicone spray (even furniture polish); always helps in sub zero temperatures too when they may freeze together.
