Mazda cx5 2019 2.2 d problem with engine jerks
Hello everyone.
I have a problem with Mazda cx5 2.2 diesel 2019. When I drive on low revs mazda starts to jerk. I press accelerator slowly and that happens. Usually around 1700 to 2000 rpm. But if I press accelerator hard then nothing happens. This botters me for months. Especially driving in town. I checked with Mazda service and they are just guessing. Change this or change that. They checked vaccum, injectors, clutch, dpf and many other things. Everything looks fine. No codes at all. Did someone had this and if it did how did you solve it?
Thank you.

I did. It was cleaned but same situation. Also changed MAF and MAP sensor and still the same.
Re check the complete ECU you will find information about DTC(s).
Based on the description in your first post on your drive by wire and how the engine reacted.
Whomever is servicing your Mazda is NOT diesel qualified, and I am suspecting not even Diagnostically trained and or qualified either.
The continuing of randomly changing parts suspected of the cause may in the end create new issues on top of the current unresolved issue.

Hi Callisto.
This is Mazda dealer. They serviced this car all the time.
They are approved by Mazda cooperation.
Ok well that means nothing, go read what I posted!
Dealerships are an independently owned business so they can hire anyone they choose to work in their service shop.
What you posted shows me that you had less then qualified individuals working on your Mazda!
I say this because actually am a 30+ year qualified Automotive Diagnostic Technician. LOL
So unless you did not post the accurate information in your first post then ly last responses stands!!!!
I know there are reasons why I seldom help some members in threads. WOW .... you post help and they want to argue or debate with your info.
LOL
Good Luck with your MAZDA
JOKE (story line with humor) That one picture must be the NEWS CREW because the dealership is under investigation for fraud... ROLMAO!!

First everything I posted is true and I didn't wanted to sound like to argue or debate. I admire you for your 30+ experience as qualified Automotive Diagnostic Technician. I truly appreciate your responses. What I didn't know is that they can hire anyone as they want. I assumed that they would hire qualified and probably train their mechanics.
All the best.
Re check the complete ECU you will find information about DTC(s).
There are at least 3 area's that will give good information to help with your problem.
1) Check for current DTC9s)
2) look in the permeant DTC(s) file
3) Check your I/M monitors
If someone is experienced, then check the ECU counters but this generally takes *advance training and a special ECU scanning device.
*A person could also run a short data logging during the problem event as your stated between 1700-2000 RPM on specific engine functions.
Ok so what you need to get done is:

I would like to thank you on previous advice.
They scan the car and they find code P004A and P032F. After that they told me that they need to change solenoid valve near vaccum pump. Which they did and everything work fine, for short time. Now code P032F is back. No other code just that. After that they checked fuel pump, injectors, gasket sealing, vaccum pump and so many other sensors and everything is fine. And I know you are experienced automotive technician. By your opinion what you think should be checked next.
Best,
Elvis

But before you worry a compression check is the easiest DIY service to do. You may even be able to do that yourself? If you choose to, I can instruct on how to do it properly.
