MAZDA CX5 2018 won't start; Keyless system Malfunction
I drove my car today as usual but in the evening my neighbor informed me that my Hazard light was blinking. I went out to check it out -- turned the hazard light off but not able to start the engine anymore.
I checked the battery voltage with milt-meter it read 14.5V so I figured the battery was okay.
I'm seeing "keyless system malfuction' and both of my key (with new battery) won't let me start the engine.
Disconnected the negative battery for hours, re-connected and it seems the problem persists -- I'm not able to even drive to dealer for diagnosis..
Any suggestions would help!!

Just because a multimeter says the battery has “enough” voltage doesn’t automatically mean it will start a modern computer-controlled vehicle. Under the load from the starter the voltage depression may be enough to shut down the start function. Or not, but it is a possibility. You do know that while under warranty Mazda will come out and start your car or tow it to the dealer for free, right?
