I did not say it didn't happened but come on you know better then how dealerships operate! Nothing is lets roll it is and service major repair today!!!! LOL.
I can't imagine a reason anyone would waste their time on the forums saying they had a TSB done if they hadn't. I personally have seen a difference in how my dealer handled the cold weather turbo TSB vs others on the forum. Many had no issues while I had to go through a few hoops.

And you support once again my response that that is your side of the story. Thank for the support!

And once again, you have nothing to add as to why someone would say they got something done (TSB) which didn't happen. What would the end game be?

There are all kinds of things far more major than a TSB that certain people will claim happened but actually never did.
The end game could possibly net $787.5 million

How about more accurate and complete if not balanced information and not he said without the she said ? LOL
I am confused do you work for any auto parts, dealership, automotive service center etc.? . NOPE !!!! You just like posting things you really have little knowledge and experience with on forums(plural) ? LOL

If you are going to be a crusader and protector hahahaha....make sure you get all the information and at least some basic facts and better information or as they say BOTH SIDES TO A STORY. Otherwise you are responding once again on threads that myself and a couple of other members frequent on...... it is defined as a TROL!

But there aren't any facts to gather info on. This is a forum. We should try to help each other get things set up correctly on our cars. What do I come here for? I get updates for my infotainment system so I don't have to go to the dealer. I also see if there are TSB's which apply to issues I have which can shortcut what I do at the dealership (who pretty much always say "your issue is normal for the CX-5"...) LOL. These forums give us commoners a leg up and a place to trade successful/unsuccessful dealings with dealerships. It's also a good place to trade info on the deals we made on our cars. None of us need to be ASE certified technicians to make comments here (thank goodness). That is for another forum. No trolling here my friend.... I can and will respond to any thread I deem appropriate. There are many other threads I comment on where you are not a part of the discussion.

LOL a few of us have seen where you post and while this response from you is better then most you still miss the point that most will tell there side of the story and very few show their service/work orders and results for a few of us that understand then to read and get a better idea all sides of the story.. As for TSB ther are often MIS USED by members on forums including you! Thats why there are experienced members inthe business on some forum to try to clear up the BS posted by a few members that are barely DIY.

To be sure I never said you personally should not post on any thread but really dude we can and often see when you log on the threads you immediately magnet to... and most are based on who the members posting are. LOL
In the moderator and admin log it shows many things like that...

Bottom line if someone is going to talk negatively about there experience at any dealership back it up by posting the service order info. It easy to cover personal information. Otherwise its an opinion how you were treated which is often fueled by not getting your way! LOL
That is how anyone in customer service in any retail service knows to be predominately what happens!!!

About 400mi on the ‘21 CX-5 now. Oil level holding. I’m not going to obsess over it. My ‘73 dodge challenger would have burned a quart by now… and that was “completely normal” according to the dealer.

Off topic question. Somewhere on this site I saw a graph of the 2.5L turbo engine horsepower and torque curves using both 93 and 87 octane fuel. Now I can’t find it again. Could someone point me in the right direction?

According to Cali it would be a waste of time as Mazda didn't verify the results, so they are not to be believed. LOL....

I think this is what you want? (the '21 actually has 320 ft/lbs at 2500 though - using 93 octane fuel)

I have refilled it at about 1/2 tank twice now with 93. It acts like a whole different car. Better idle, improved throttle response, smooth stronger low end. Probably improved mpg, but don’t have a frame of reference for that. For just a few dollars more per tank. Not permanent, and easy to go back. I like it!

And, thanks for the graph! That was exactly it. Even tho it is unverified, my right foot suspects that there is some truth to it!
