I recently purchased a 2021 CX-5 Carbon Edition.
I have Mazda Connect working and App works well too. B U T …..

I have been noticing when I check my vehicle status it will give me date and time of last status. That time is USUALLY 12-18 HOURS OLD … I have refreshed , I’ve even deleted app, reinstalled app and no change. The Status is usually 12+ hours behind. Even though it says it can take several minutes to refresh , it usually take a full day !! I contacted Mazda they suggested to bring to Dealership to have it looked at . All other features work in timely fashion such as remote Start/ Stop , etc. any thoughts.
