Low, fluctuating engine temperature
Care to post the EXACT 2 part service report invoices your received?

You also failed as always to read completely my complete responses. This is a usual manor for your posting history.
As for uninformed I was informed I read the complete document after one member posted a partial of it. Did you and apparently don't understand it.
Please feel free if you really feel and keep publicly posting that my information is incorrect and not informative on this subject send anything I posted directly to Mazda Corp via email and see what they respond about the information I posted and post the unedited response.
You should be happy that whatever was your problem(s) with Mazda they by your accounting and responses took care of them with no charge for any service? Now the complete no charge is questionable until you post the service invoice I requested you do.
Otherwise this is only likely to continue with this thread being edited by the moderator
Btw he was a certified Mazda factory trained Mechanic
You doing this sort responding of poor DIY service related information is common as can be seen on your profile history

while the original is available however I gave the reason why I edited it this long after posting. I am after all at work helping service customers. LOL

last response on this thread was December 26 until today just to post a lame response ?
Then if you don’t read my responses why are you responding to them ?
lol

Finally, just as our long, very cold spell near or below zero F is ending here in Massachusetts, I got an ECL presumably for the temperature control system and the dealer will finally fix it under the extended warranty (which they wouldn’t do without the code even though we’ve not had anywhere near proper cabin heat for 2 months.) The light only came on when the temp. gauge was consistently at or below 120F.
Right on schedule. Once you notice it that's about how long it usually takes to throw the code. It's a machine. They do what they do. If you have a scanner you can connect and verify the code just so you are informed. Don't clear it obviously. I hope they get you taken care of.
It doesn’t matter if he clears it ….
clearing a DTC will turn off the check engine light. However it will remain in other areas of the ECU as well in the ECU trouble code counter file . You can hide the flaw that caused a DTC until what cause it was corrected. Anyone that has a professional grade scanner and training as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician can find these in the ECU. They can not be remove with out a complete pass-through (flash) ) and then some counters will still remain as permanent record of events. The only way to completely remove them or reset is with a ECU global access’s program. Not available from any OE but aftermarket only .

Yeah... for those in the real world don't clear the code.
FWIW, they released a bulletin revision for the P0126 low coolant temp low heat issue. You can actually take it in with low temp or low heat now and they will evaluate and can repair under the program with or without active code. I won't link the bulletin (unless requested) as I know that makes Cali hysterical. But for those that don't want to wait months with low heat an fyi.
