Default Intermittent fault still occurring…

Hi,

im at my whits end with this fault. I’ll be driving and my break sensor warning lights will come on and then followed by my engine malfunction light.

when plugged in initially the obd was reading maf sensor. Changed that and still had the issue. Air tests done on the pipes all looks good and no visible faults. The local garage took the car to a Mazda garage to find the issue as we couldn’t pin point it. Mazda then changed my vacuum pump on collecting the car I hadn’t even got home and the light reappeared.

I then saw some forums mention the break switch may be faulty I changed this and the fault cleared for a month and then driving to work today 3 separate times the lights came on.

bizarre annalogy but could it be down to my tyre pressure? I’ve noticed one tyre seems to be abit quick at loosing pressure and I don’t want to keep investing into things that may not solve the issue having already spent £1.5k on it.

has anyone had any experiences with this kind of fault? May be a total fluke but seems to happen when I’ve recently fuelled up the car.

any help is appreciated
