Interior cabin noise/rattle?
Hard to really tell from that but I sense it’s coming from the passenger seat. I would go over that thoroughly. Check underneath as well for anything loose including wiring harnesses.
Check your our glove box too. Sometimes sounds transmit in a car and that’s why they are hard to trace.

If it’s the center console then it might be something running through the console like a wiring harness. They have to remove it and pad everything up. The ones 2017 and later also have the hvac vents at the rear.
I hope they find the cause.

Art Hill Mazda in Merrillville, IN fixed mine last year. They removed the entire center console and tightened something up underneath. I'm not sure what exactly. They also added foam throughout the car. Its been much better, but I still hear more than the average car as far as interior noise goes. I think they fixed this with the 2020 CX-5s.
My car was also under 36K miles when they performed this work.
I also had my factory steering wheel replaced twice due to cheap leather. The car, overall, has been great, except the interior quality control issues.
