Default Infotainment works, but no Radio function after battery swap

I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. It has the Bose sound system. The seller let me know that the radio is not working because they had just had the battery replaced. They told me that I am supposed to call Mazda and get a code to make it work. After doing a little research, I don't necessarily believe that is the case.

I have tested out the infotainment system. Naviagtion, etc all work. When I click on the ENTERTAINMENT section, nothing happens. If I have a phone connected, nothing happens. You can't hear anything.

I pulled the Radio fuse (15amp) and it was fried. I tried replacing it with another and it popped immediately when I put it in (Car was off). I tried another fuse... same thing.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
