improving seat comfort
I find the seat a bit uncomfortable on my 2020 Touring CX-5 when on trips will sheepskin covers (30mm) improve this or is there something
better i can do.

I doubt that sheep **** will help, it may make things worse by reducing the space between the side bolsters. An experienced custom upholstery shop should be able to find a cure for both of you.

I was looking at this, but have not pulled the trigger since we do very little driving these days
