Default HUD/Adaptive Cruise Control Question

I love my 2021 Signature, and I REALLY love my ACC. But I have a question.

I use the Mazda Connect 'Set-Up' to tilt the Heads Up Display until it is level to my eye. For whatever reason, that usually means full (number 3) to the left (counterclockwise). However, if I turn the motor off, for an instant or for a week, when I next start the car the HUD has re-set itself to 100% (number 3) to the right (clockwise). I have to readjust it each and every time I start the car.

Is that normal?

Thanks............................ Frank

Never mind. I had forgotten that HUD tilt is tied to memory seat position. I incorrectly diagnosed a problem, when none exists.

Woo-hoo, thanks for the tip. Had no idea the HUD is tied to the seat memory position, though that makes good sense!

Its funny- I just found this out myself. I had all my settings adjusted and linked to my key then realized my adjustments in the garage did not translate well out on the street and needed to raise my HUD display a bit. The next time I got in the car it had dropped again. I had forgotten to reprogram the memory.
