From my research, the S Preferred does not come with adaptive headlight only the 2.5S Premium and higher trim levels do.
You need the parts w/o adaptive light.
Though to be absolutely certain you should call your local Mazda dealer and verify this.

Welcome to the forum

You should call a Mazda dealership parts department give them your VIN and get the correct answer. This way you will make no mistake getting the correct party the first time.
If you call most any authorized retailers of specifically automotive lights, they will ask for year make model and most importantly VIN

Open the hood, headlight assembly part number and the other relevant info are printed on a label, left and right of the engine bay. Your right side label is no longer there, but it can be figured out from the left side part number. Best of luck with your project.

Thank you for the advice. I just hoped to find out which one I have to order in advance, before I get it in port of arrival. Because of will need to repair somehow and make a trip along 1200 km ) Also here is no any local dealer in my country that can to help. Any way it's good news that I can find part No on the part at least. )_
