is it legal in your country to replace standard lights for LED or HID,? in Denmark it costs a fine of 2000 dkr and summons for inspection.

Thanks… anyone have great long lasting experience with a 5000k LED replacement? Brand?

It depends. Not an issue in my state.

Just look for the best 5k LOW BEAM setup that is recommended. Anyone have good longevity from a particular kit? Perhaps you can share an Amazon link?

thanks!

Looks like they only list a daytime running light… I’m looking for night low beams that are significantly brighter than the stock halogens.

Do they sell the low beams for the halogen CX5 on amazon? Got a link to anywhere?

My previous Mazda was a 2013 CX-5 and I've had these: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/h1...H11?quantity=1 from them. Now, based on my own experience, the bulbs are brighter than the halogen stock bulbs, absolutely, but they do not have depth. Everything is bright up close but not enough throw, you can actually see further with, perhaps, brighter halogen bulbs. Or try HID bulbs but that would require some more work on your part.
