Default Having issues with memory seat

2021 GT. The memory seats will not keep their position after a few days of programing either with the fob or the buttons. It will work fine for a few rides and for some reasons, I am trying to find out, it will loose the memory and mess up the programed positions. Any help would be appreciated. TY.

I'd get your battery tested just to be safe. My '21 Carbon Edition Turbo has always saved the 2 seat positions and the seat position on my fob that is programmed.

Ill second this.
Average lifespan in a new vehicle is 3-5 years and that is dependent on how good of battery you have.
And the OEM batteries in most vehicles are on the low end of the quality spectrum.

As a related aside. I just replaced the battery in a 2021 CX-5 Touring and the only setting that was 'forgotten' was the seat memories. I'll join the 'battery issues' group.
