Handsfree call
Mazda CX-5 gasoline, 2014 mod.
When I listen to music, even through bluetooth, the sound quality on original speakers is quite good. However, when get a phone call and talk through handsfree, the sound gets muffled and its hard to understand what people are saying. Any clue og suggestions how to solve/improve this?

I know the volume in Navigation on my 2016 was really quiet and muffled until I got into settings and turned it up. I paired my phone later and it seems the phone volume is similar to my Navigation. Try getting into your settings and see if there is a volume control. I think our two cars are fairly similar.
