Default Features not working

I just purchased a 21 CX 5. I bought it sight unseen. Once it was delievered, I had some touch-up scratches fixed and was told it appears there has been paint work in the driver's door which makes me think it may have been in an accident (clean car fax). The lane departure warning only works about 50 percent of the time. Also, rain sensing wipers don't always work. Lastly, the headlights seem to be pointed too low. On low beams on dimly lit road, windshield has a very distinct line and upper 50 percent of the windshield is very dark. It makes it difficult to see and is very distracting. Could all these issues be the result of an accident? All I am aware of is the driver's door being painted, but haven't had the car inspected further for other paint work. Again clean car fax so if it was an accident it wasn't reported.

As for the windshield I suspect they had it tinted since you see a line and its darker. Is there an edge you can catch your finger on? Headlights are not a strong point on the CX-5. You could check to make sure they are aligned correctly.

If you purchase a vehicle sight unseen, you should do so with a reputable dealer/company, appears this may not be the case here.
I have no idea about NC car sales laws or whom you purchased from.
But if the car has been in an accident and you were not informed, in most states that would give you grounds to return it and get your money back.
At a minimum you should have your local technician fully inspect the vehicle.

The dealership is fairly large and has a good reputation. I based my purchase in the clean car fax and video walk around and it only having 27k miles. It was also a lease vehicle so one would assume any accidents would have been reported. Otherwise the car is in pristine condition. The dealership is 3 hours from me so I had the vehicle shipped. will take it to a local Mazda dealership for an inspection. Thank you.

No tint so unfortunately that is not the issue. I have found a few other threads that had the same issue and it was a headlight alignment. Unfortunately the 21 has self leveling so when I called the dealership they said headlights cannot be adjusted. I will eventually take it to the local dealership but thought someone may have had this same issue here and could offer suggestions.

That's BS. A service-oriented garage will do that for you for free.
You can easily adjust the headlights yourself with a large Phillips screwdriver.
Google "how to adjust the low beam headlights Mazda CX-5".
For example:

Always verify that supplied information is exactly for your model and year.

I found several videos on now to adjust headlights but they were older models. I'm not sure when they went to self leveling but per my local Mazda dealership the 2021 model cannot be adjusted.

Fyi, this photo was from an old thread I found on the same issue. My issue is not as severe as I can actually see through the darkness a bit but it is very distracting and I find it to be a safety issue. The field of vision is very narrow and the darkness is right in my field of vision.

" I'm not sure when they went to self leveling but per my local Mazda dealership the 2021 model cannot be adjusted."
Search for another dealer.
I have a CX-5 from 2023 with auto levelling and Adaptive Led Headlights which are adjustable. Only the adjustment screw is in a different place than in the video.
