Fault Code P181F
If FIY and members that use a diagnostic scanning tool, first and foremost do not understand or need complete information about a DTC or anything found in the ECU,PCM TCM etc and not the normal or better described as general DTC trouble codes then that is the first indicator that the vehcle should be taken either to Mazda or a qualified service shop that had a certified Automotive Technician to look at and give suggestion to take care or the possible(?) issue DTC
In this case the touble codes requires first to estabish that it was not generated by a random anomolis of events. But the basic information when the question was asked is not provided.
Year
miles
Last service perform (any) and what was it
In the case of the transmission:
what was the last service done and what was and at what miles.

I got the same code ,couldn't find any info about it,, my stop start function not working. Any ideas please
As Cali stated, you need to include your vehicle year, mileage and engine when asking questions about it.
And as he also said, unless you are a qualified technician, which it appears you are not as this code is easily found online, a thorough diagnostic scan needs to be run to confirm the code issue(s).
That said a P181F code is generally high voltage issue which can be caused by any number of problems or multiples thereof.
Diagnostics are needed to pinpoint the exact cause(s) which include, but is not limited to, inspecting the wiring harness and connectors for any signs of damage, corrosion, or loose connections. Repair or replace as necessary. Also testing the IMS (internal mode switch sensor) to determine if it is functioning correctly.
You will save yourself a great deal of time and probably money by taking your vehicle to someone who knows how to perform this testing correctly.
