Engine oil
Im due to do a long journey towing a caravan soon.
Im due an oil change
I normally just get whatever eurocarparts has in stock as the amount of different types blows my mind
I need fully synthetic 5/30
my car is a 2.5L none turbo
What are people's recommendations for the UK

Interesting. The same engine in the US uses 0w20 full synthetic. The Turbo model requires 5w30. I don't think you can go wrong with any name brand full synthetic oil as long as it meets the Mazda specs. Not sure what your primary brands are in the UK.
During the summer months I use and recommend in warmer climates that the ambientes are at or above 80F to use 5W30 regardless of the normally aspirated, Supercharged (blower) or Turbocharged. inductive system.
I also highly recommend to ONLY fill to the mid point on the oil dip stick (Skyactiv engines) because of oil expansion and foaming under hotter operating temperatures.
