Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum and also new to the Mazda scene. In January 2018 we bought our brand new CX5 KF GT which seems to have a suspension knock straight out of the dealership. It seems to happen reversing out and driving into driveways and over bumps however it is intermittent which is annoying as Mazda could not find anything wrong.

Is there any known issues I should be aware of? Hard to tell exactly where its coming from as sometimes it sounds like its coming from the steering, front of the car and other times from the rear

I have a 2017 CX5 AWD. Had a similar problem and took it to the dealer. There is a TSB for shock tower issue. I will see if I can find my paperwork.
