I have a 2015 CX5 Touring -I was recently unable to delete the text messages coming into the car screen. For some reason the delete option does not become active anymore, but it was working about six months ago. Then I turned on the DND function so I would not receive anymore messages to the car, but now a voice message states, "Your DND function is turned on, to turn it off go to setup'. The problem I have is that when I press Phone, then Setup the DND function is not selectable. It appears to be grayed out on the screen. Only Bluetooth and Emergency 911 are selectable.
I am not able to turn the DND function off on any screen.

I have even tried to 'reset' back to factory settings, but that changes nothing. Does this require a full battery disconnect to resolve this?
