The steering wheel tends to be off to the left from the brutal roads, but the dealer alignment always straightens it. I try to look for the cheapest coupon available at the dealers in my area.

The tread, so far, is also doing fine on mileage.
That is my observed opinion, but I'm fairly certain the stock Toyo's are probably the harshest ride you could get unless you were running on flat tires
Im going to put the Pirellis at the top of the list --but the TOYOs are going to get full use until 2/32 - thanks ! I check tire pressure every week - and may back it off from 37 to OE spec 35 since its summer-

Just asking why you would wait to the standard 2/32 to replace the second most important safety part of a vehcle.
By the time it get that close the tread will already be harder (easily measured with an inexpensive durometer) and all aspects of the handling control and braking be diminished greatly in an emergency situation. And what are the chances of all the tires wearing absolutely even done to 2/32 in> lol sorta *"retreaded" ( *I actually though of another word close to this) idea and concept.
And I really like the comment about going outside the tire pressure recommendation when both Mazda and even the supplied brand of tire often stipulates other wise.

My thought he likely still uses one of these to check the tire pressure with?? LOL

Shortly after a month after purchasing my CX-5 2024, I replaced the factory Toyo's with Pirelli Scorpion. The ride comfort is more aggressive than the factory Toyo's. Handling is way better. Traction on a couple inches of snow or slush, is nice. If your looking for a smooth ride, stick to Toyo's. If your looking for a better performance tire, well, Pirelli's are the way to go.
