I have a 2017 Mazda CX-5 with only about 30k miles on it. My infotainment system started glitching when I bought my car a few months ago. It would only glitch then my car was in park or when I was completely stopped at a red light or so. Took it to Mazda and they replaced my CMU. However days later it began to glitch worst than before! It turns the navigation on and off and also switching to my settings when I’m driving and when I’m parked!

The techs at Mazda seem to not have a solution! I have no idea what to do but I just want to fixed.

Hi! After complaining enough they finally replaced my actual screen since my car is still under certified pre own warranty. It fixed the issue! The screen replacement is pretty expensive without warranty so I’m thankful I was able to get it done within the time frame.

 

I am happy for you . Unfortunately, I am no longer under warranty
