CX-5 AWD Touring Front Brake Issue
Hi Members,
About a month ago I purchased a 2020 certified used CX5 AWD Touring and after the second day every time I stepped on the brakes a noise would come from the front end of the car. The noise was almost exactly like someone was having sex in a brass bed in the next room, seriously, same repetitive cycling of sound.
I had it serviced, they checked the brakes they were OK, I took the car back and after a week the noise came back. I took it back in for services and the told me a service paper was issued a while back and they replaced the calipers and a few other elements.
About two weeks later the sound started again. I am at my wits end. It’s interesting that after it rains the sound goes away for a day or so.
Any ideas as to why this would be happening? And what can be done to correct it?
I downsized from my 2019 CX-9 and even though I love the CX-5, this is making me have serious regrets.
Thank you.
Gary

This doesn't happen with all vehicles.
It appears your garage did what was required but the issue was not solved.
Mine has not had a brake issue other than I find them very weak.
When the pads need replacing, I will be upgrading with performance pads and rotors.
I'm not certain if that will solve your issue or not.
But just trying some aftermarket performance pads "might help".
