CX-5 2021 and no Android Auto

CX-5 2021 and no Android Auto
Hi guys,
I hope I can get some information here. I bought a CX-5 here in Europe and it has Mazda Connect 2 , 10,26" model, but there is no Android Auto or Apple Car Play there. I thought it is standard on that time, but it is not. System version is 10020 and everything works, but there is nowhere in settings Android auto available. Is there any information, that this can be possible and how it can be fixed? I see, that next to USB I dont have phone picture like it should be. But as much I checked, i feel, that the new USB box helps in case of older Mazda Connect 1. Is this assumption correct? Every piece of a information would be nice to get.

I've never heard or read anything about any CX-5 build after 2019 of not including AA/CP but I do know in NorthAmerica Mazda sold M3 and CX-30 with connect 2 in the lowest trims without it. Hardware it's there in place all it needs to enable it's to use a diagnostics software (MDARS) at the dealer.
My suggestion to you is search in Mazda24/7 forum for user ASH8 and send him a private message requesting a firmware upgrade for your CX-5 in your region, be very specific. Maybe is all it needs to make it work.
