Default Car wash with Side Window & Moonroof Wind Deflectors?

Hi Everyone,
When I bought my '21 CX-5, it came with Mazda OEM Side Window and Moonroof Wind Deflectors installed. I usually get touchless car washes every one in a while, and was wondering if I would be fine getting them with the wind deflectors still installed? Thanks!

If I were to use a car wash facility for my vehicles and was worried , would ask them ?

But I can't even remember what decade I last used a car wash for anything I owned.

I have the Mazda roof deflector and I installed the WeatherTech side window deflectors (in the groove).
Often go through the local touchless car wash with no problems.
Not a fan of double stick tape.
Guess you just have to try it when the wash isn't busy.

My 2¢

I noticed that the Mazda wind deflectors on my car have metal holders and such and when I try to move them all with my hand, they are really tight and secure. I don't think mine have double sided tape, but I could be wrong.

If the doubled sided tape was OEM or 3m if applied properly as per 3m installation instructions they should go years without any problems. More then 1/2 the emblems on most vehicle use double sided tape and you don't see any problem with them.

I can say that it's all OEM and was installed by the dealership, as far as the Carfax shows. I feel confident in it now and will get a quick touchless wash at some point and see what happens lmao.

Only issue I ever with any vehicle was the high-pressure water getting into lenses on rear taillights.
That said, every car wash I go to has a damage disclaimer for just about everything, even for non-folded side mirrors.
You'll have to look really hard to actually see it though.
Suffice to say unless the car wash machinery implodes/explodes, you'll likely be on the hook for anything that happens while in it.

I only do touchless. I don't want to ruin my car with the regular wash lmao.

Just ran my car through a touchless car wash and everything seemed to do fine. My moonroof deflector was a little bit chatty with the water pressure but it held up fine. I pulled the interior cover for the moonroof back to see how everything was doing and I felt the slightest speck of water from the car wash hit my face below the moonroof (yes it was closed). I wish the moonroof was optional sometimes lmao.

Thats not normal?
Could it have just been a ghost drop let and not necessarily coming from the sunroof?
This is what you can do. Make sure all the windows are completely closed. Then turn the AC on upper vents max for about 2-3 minutes. then rinse your Mazda off. Check the sunroof inside for any wetness. Then dry your Mazda and let sit in the sun for about an hour do not use the AC of any vent air make sure it is OFF and this time only rinse the car and check the sun roof area for any signs of moisture.
