2022 CX5 and had to replace my battery today. I noticed a hanging cable, then looked at m y headlights. It appears the 3 light LED's on my driver side aren't working, but high/low are. Anyone have a pic inside their engine compartment to see where the cable with blue/black leads goes? I cannot find a plug in anywhere.... frustrating...
The more I look at it, I wonder if its actually two pieces: 1) that should be mounted on a light/housing and 2) a piece that would plug in to that mounted fixture. I just cannot figure where it goes, noting the cabling is only so long which I thought might help with the vicinity.

Reason: update
Welcome to the forum! I would suggest using a small inspection mirror and a good flashlight to try and look over the area to see if I could locate where that wiring connector plugs into. I think that you may be on the right track with the LED lights not working on that side of the car. You might want to run by your local Mazda dealership and see if they know what that plug is for......they may be able to fix it for you without writing up a service order......in other words......free!
Let us know what you find out, either way! Thanks.

Turns out it’s a dummy cable, for parking sensors if I had them. But, the front light was because someone replaced one with an older model. That’s being replaced.
