Buying used
Hello!
I need some help from people who have owned a CX-5 and/or CX-30. I have wanted the CX-5 for several years and finally on the search for a used one. In searching I found a 2021 CX-30 Preferred with 45,000 miles for $19+. There is also a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring for the same price and 81,000 miles.
I have driven the CX-5 so I know what it feels like and looks like in person. There is no dealership where I live so I have to rely on specs for the CX-30. I have to haul my mom's wheelchair and walker so I appreciate the size of the CX-5. It is also comfy seating and i like the standard heated seats, moonroof and power rear hatch.
I'm just not sure there are enough reasons to buy the CX-5 when it has double the miles.

Paying over $20k (taxes and fees included) just isn't justifiable with 81k miles on that CX-5. I don't like how crammed and rougher riding the CX-30 is, but getting one with half the mileage at the same price is a much better option. I'd keep looking for a CX-5 since there has to be one with a little less miles in that price range that makes a lot more sense to get.
I'd avoid the CX-50 since it's just not made as well as the Japanese made CX-5.
