Hi, new here and not too handy with all this stuff.
Have a new cx-5 and I cant get all my contacts on the Bluetooth.
It leaves some of mine off. I also cant make outgoing call.
When I hit the symbol on steering wheel, it comes up missing calls
with a circle going round and round, its stuck there. I have reset factory
settings, brought it to a dealership, etc, they don't know what is wrong.
I need to make outgoing calls, cant edit contacts etc. I also do have the
newest software version. that is one thing the service dept., did. I have an lg expression which is compatible and
an iphon 7, neither works. Any ideas. Thanks so much!!

Try watching the Communications videos on My Mazda and be sure you have the setting to automatically upload contacts and call history checked in settings. Also check that your Bluetooth is connected to Mazda after you get in the car.

 

What phone do you have?

Is it compatible with your vehicle? Refer to Mazda.

When did you last update the operating software on your phone?

Get Mazda to check the software level in you vehicles MZD connect.
