I can not decide between Black or Silver for a new 2014. Black looks great clean but shows dirt, dust, and scratches the most. Plus, needs to be washed often. Alternatively, Silver looks good even slightly dirty and needs to be washed less not too mention is cooler in the summer.

I don't know what Opions are but i'll give you my opinion.
Both colors suck. If there is chrome trim it won't stand out with Silver. Unless you're willing to black out everything and continuously washing it don't buy black.
White sucks as well.

Im biased towards Blue.

 

I hear you there. My current car (Equinox) is blue and years ago I owned an Electric Blue Dodge Stealth. Which is fairly close to the Sky Blue on the CX-5. Who knows, I may opt for Red just for a change of pace!

 

Favorite colors for CX-5 are white, dark silver (not regular boring and common silver gray), blue, red.

Dark grey looks alright. Not much chrome on it.

 

just remember you are the one who will be driving it and also looking at it every day so get something that makes you happy
