Default Back seat rattle

We have had people in the back seat of our 2024 CX5 for the first time. We have noticed a rattle on one of the seats, when on a rough road and also when you push and pull the upper part of the seat. It is coming from the back cushion latch where on the car frame is a square frame that looks like for a door, Is there a way to tighten this just like you sometimes have to do on a car. The square comes through a slot in the panelling. Would such an adjustment be covered under the warranty? Thanks.

Most certainly it would. Take it in and demonstrate the issue.

The best advise is to go to Mazda service department. It is likely a simple tightening of a fastener or the seat is not correctly lock in its design position.
Seems you have a Warranty might as well use it and be safe. In any rate going to the service department will long the service in your VIN history in case future reference is needed.
