I haven't seen the article. Were they of similar trim lines and prices? I don't mind the infotainment system, although it is a bit primitive. I'm not sure if the navigation system is part of this system, but I've found that to be better than it is commonly depicted in reviews. However, once the map subscription runs out I'll probably just use android-auto since I think it monitors traffic and offers alternate routes, which I haven't seen the Mazda system do yet.
